**External Relations:**Personnel from the Municipality, Regional Government and other departmental and local institutions, UN agencies, local and international NGOs, activists, village committees, as well as community leaders.
1. General Objective of the Position
This person will be supporting the implementation of the FSL/CASH program at field level in response to the people affected by the earthquake with efficiency, quality and relevance and in accordance with the mandate, technical criteria and regulations, following requirements and internal regulations of the donors. He/she will act under the guidance and supervision of the FSL Project Officer.
He/she will act as a focal point between field activities and the FSL PO and maintain close coordination between partners and Donor FSL department to ensure a smooth implementation of the activities. He/she will support the PO in collecting required data, filling monitoring tools, reporting progress on activities he/she is in charge of.
He/she will support the general follow up, execution and planning of activities, report to the FSL PO and manage work and schedule of Daily Workers engaged in field activities.
2. Specific Objectives
Contribution to planning and implementation of the Food Security and Livelihood activities under the supervision of the FSL PO
- Ensures FSL activities are being implemented as per design and reports to FSL PO on any obstacle or challenge.
- Ensure efficient work planning and supervision of daily workers engaged in supporting the activities at field level
- Provides relevant data to the FSL PO to ensure monitoring and reporting of activities
- Ensure field work complies with project working plan and timeframe.
- Reports in a timely manner to his/her supervisor, proposing solutions to solve difficulties encountered and documents all project actions according to the necessary means of verification. Immediately informs his/her hierarchical and/or functional manager of any situation that is hindering or may hinder the proper development of the work, for the timely and joint making of the necessary corrective measures and decisions.
- Compile and regularly communication received by daily workers from participants’ activities and report to PO for follow up and action
- Support in data collection and assessments in the area of intervention in collaboration with MEAL department
- Collects of information of interest to the project.
Logistical and administrative support of the FSL/CASH activities under his/her charge
- Prepares project documents (including procurement requests, payment requests, attendance sheets)
- Archives all means of verification and information (physical and electronic) of the different activities carried out within the project.
- Participate, together with the project's technical team, the weekly execution of activities in coordination with the other technical and support departments.
- Delivers the information (physical and electronic) regularly and the latest one week before the end of the execution of its part of the project to the coordinator of the component.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance departments for the organization and implementation of project activities.
- Assist PO and project officer in establishing/maintaining beneficiary database with up-to-date information and tracking of beneficiaries’ progress and challenges
Contribute to knowledge management process of data within the FSL department
- Reporting of field activities to PO (data entry, materials delivered, work achieved, beneficiaries’ attendance, obstacles and constraints) taking into consideration reporting requirements and monitoring and/or evaluation tools and indicators
- Participate in the preparation of the monthly Activity Progress Reports
- Participate in the preparation and collection of data for communication, advocacy and capitalization purposes (case studies, etc) with community mobilizers in coordination with the MEAL department and MEAL enumerators

5. Candidate profile
**Academic training:**Preferably related to the FSL area, social science, development or economic studies
Desirable specific/technical knowledge: Knowledge of FSL programming, Dynamism, and ability to prioritize and plan.
Previous experience required:§ Experience of at least 1 years’ experience in FSL programming and implementation.
Experience with (I)NGOs/UN agencies is an asset.
**Personal characteristics required:**Honesty, humanitarian principles, institutional identification, communication skills, adaptability, spirit of teamwork
**Languages:**Turkish and English. Arabic is an asset
**Required computer programs:**Good command of Windows, Office, for information management and report.
**Mobility required (national and international):**Hatay province with missions to Gaziantep.
