Has the following responsibilities and duties:

• Well, knowledge of 3 languages is required (Turkish, Inglish, and Arabic)

• Assist in recruitment by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, issuing employment contracts, and conducting directives.

• Manage and update the HR candidate’s database.

• Manage and update personnel records (hard and soft copies).

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (compensation, timesheets, leaves, etc.).

• Communicate with the chartered accountant and other interested parties regarding employee social security issues.

• Complete termination paperwork for exit and interviews.

• Manage the HR welfare activities.

• Dealing with staff requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.

• Manage and perform other HR duties assigned by the direct manager.

• Provide high-quality administrative support to staff in the field office and provide daily reports to the Head of the department.

• Support for translation when needed, English - Arabic.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

• Keep contracts and timesheets in original copies.

Reporting:

Provide HR management with regular reports on the employee population and employment data, and provide data

and information at request.

Requirements and Skills:

HR Officer should has the following skills, education, and experience:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR position.

Strong knowledge of performance management processes and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

University degree in social sciences, Business administration, development studies, statistics, or a related field, a master’s degree is an added value.

Experience working with Excel, preferably advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, kobo toolbox, and report writing.

Good customer service skills.

Attention to detail.

Professional in handling sensitive data.

Flexible to adapt to changing priorities
