Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance with Local legislation, OB and donor requirements.
- Ensure review of the source documents/ payment packages before processing the payments to ensure alignment with local legislation and OB and donor regulations.
- Prepare projects financial reports and Budget vs Actual analysis.
- Process and record daily transactions into the accounting system.
- Ensure all bank accounts balances reconciled monthly.
- Assist Finance Manager in audit preparation to provide required information.
- Assist in preparing required audit schedules and documentation.
- Keeping proper archiving both in hard and soft copies
- Any other assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics - Department of Accounting.
skills and experiences:
- Priority is given to those who have previous experience in the field of project management for at least 2 years, and those who have experience in the work of humanitarian associations are preferred
- Experience working on Office programs, especially Excel.
- Ability to speak English fluently with good report writing skills.
- Good organizational and administrative skills and teamwork.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
