Job Purpose
To manage Multi-Sectoral emergency response projects
Key Responsibilities
To manage emergency response projects (CBI & SNFI).
Prepare an implementing plan according to the proposed plan of the project and the updates on the situation inside Syria.
track the progress of the project activities and ensure the collection of project indicators on regular bases.
provide on-time internal status reports and external partner reports according to agreed timeframes.
Follow up the updates at the field level (displacement movements) and adapt the response according to the field situation in coordination with all stakeholders.
Provide on-time internal reports and external reports according to agreed timeframes and following the situation Follow up and monitor the security situation in the implementation areas.
Provide supervision, guidance, and monitoring of program staff, ensuring the timely of project plans and determining priorities.
Collaborate and follow up with the other support departments such as MEAL, Media, and Logistics, to organize the support activities.
Prepare and maintain the expenditure plans in line with the budget in coordination with the finance and related departments.
Follow up on the MEAL activities that relate to the project in addition to reviewing the MEAL reports.
Act as a focal point for 4Ws reports for SNFI Cluster.
Ensure gender, protection, and safeguarding are integrated into program design and implementation.
Ensure the accountability mechanism is undertaken during the implementation of all project activities.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years professional ‘experience in similar positions.
Advanced level in English and fluent in Arabic.
Desirable:
Project management skills
Turkish language.
