RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Execute project activities in line with established plans, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including schools, educators, community organizations, and relevant partners.
- Engage stakeholders to gather input, align objectives, and foster collaboration in the implementation of STE(A)M interventions.
- Maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the implementation of the different activities and events related to the intervention.
- Ensure the smooth coordination of project teams, including trainers, educators, and other relevant personnel.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data and indicators, tracking progress toward desired outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports on project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices within the organization and with external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, STEM, or related disciplines).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or related fields.
- knowledge and understanding of quality education principles, STEM, and STEAM approaches.
- Experience in executing projects at the implementation level, delivering tangible results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
- Knowledge of local education context and networks is desirable.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
