Purpose
PAC is an active NGO established in 2012, registered in Turkey, active in NWS, with other small operations offices in both Yemen and Sudan.
In NWS; PAC is a leading organization in both the health and Nutrition sectors through several central programs that work to improve the resilience of crisis-affected communities in NWS.
PAC's programs always aimed to build and support the active health and nutrition systems in the target areas through maintaining a high level of integration across several sectors and leads central services to facilitate the provision of the service that other actors are running in NWS.
PAC is fully applying for the Protection against sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) principles in all its work stages, as well, PAC is highly committed to creating a safe service provision environment based on humanitarian principles, and international humanitarian law, clean of any racism
Job Summary
The Graphic Designer at PAC will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and impactful designs that effectively communicate the organization's mission, initiatives, and messages. The candidate will collaborate with the media team to produce a wide range of materials for print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Produce high-quality designs that align with the PAC's branding guidelines and effectively convey its message.
Design visually engaging materials that tell the story of the PAC's projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with writers, photographers, and other team members to integrate visuals seamlessly into communication materials.
Prepare final designs for print and digital distribution, adhering to specifications and guidelines.
Assist in maintaining and updating the PAC's visual brand guidelines.
Maintain a well-organized digital library of design assets for easy access and sharing.
Adapt designs for different formats and sizes as needed for web, social media, print, and other platforms.
Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance the PAC's communication strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
Creativity and the ability to develop innovative design concepts.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-designers.
Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, error-free designs.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
