Job Summray:

Under the line management and with delegation of the Field Coordinator, you will support in ensuring capacity to run and develop activities in the area. You will focus on enhancing and ensuring the liaison between our activities with authorities and humanitarian actors at Provincials and local levels. You will be in charge to collect all contextual information, relay messages from the Field Coordinator, and represent the organization on regular basis. You will ensure appropriate support to logistics and administrative services.

Tasks and Responsibilities: You ensure external positioning at field level in the respect of mandate and values, of local cultural and legal rules
On delegation of the Field Coordinator, you represent Handicap khayr towards any relevant stakeholders – local, national and international partners, local authorities, in order to facilitate the implementation of project’s activities
You represent with local authorities at provincial and local level to ensure proper implementation of its activities in the field.
You centralize and disseminate internally all relevant information, outputs of meetings and documents to relevant team members;
You ensure a regular legal and contextual monitoring of all potential evolution of the context of the response to the Syrian crisis;
You ensure a regular monitoring of all evolution concerning the management of provision of health services towards Syrian Refugees;
You read local newspapers and internet and to set up a daily press release;
You support the Field Coordinator to ensure a proper internal coordination and ensure team members have access to the adequate information.
You create and maintain regular contacts with different sources of information, and keep informed the Field Coordinator

• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Open and interested in disability and vulnerability issues
• High diplomacy, cultural sensitivity and security awareness
• Ability to work under high pressure and without constant supervision
• Strong spoken and written English & Turkish
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic
