(AID ) Association for Integration and Development is the Syria's leading independent organisation for Health and Education services provided to children with special needs . We work in Syria's neighbouring countries . we fight for children's rights in Education according to INEE principles ; we help them fulfil their potentials.
AID is a civil, nonprofit and nongovernmental organization; it was established and officially registered in Turkey by a professional team in accordance with the International law.
Vision : To ensure that All Syrians affected by the crisis have their rights fully respected in accordance with the International Law to achieve Food security , Health , Protection and Education.
Mission :To implement Food Security and infrastructure Programs , Public Health including Mental Health Programs , Women and Children Protection Programs and Compensational Learning Programs according to the International Law.
Goals :
1- To Implement Food Security and infrastructure Programs
2- To provide effective and quality Protection activities to ensure that Women and children rights are met in accordance with the International Law.
3- To provide Health services (three levels) and integrate Mental health into Primary health care in accordance with WHO guidelines.
4- To ensure that all Syrians affected by the crisis through Prevention, Preparedness, Response and Recovery in accordance with INEE guidelines.
Contract length: 6 months
Job Description: 1) Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of activities consistent with established standards : Develops and analyzes statistical data and specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
2) Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
3) Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over AID Center . 4) Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to quality and reliability.
5) May investigate and adjust BENEFICIARIES complaints regarding quality.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Being a Female . •Very good Turkish and English Language skills . •A holder of Bachelor degree in a related field . •With a good experience in Quality Control .
