About UOSSM: Union of Medical Care and Relief Organizations UOSSM is a federation of humanitarian medical aid and relief, non-for-profit, non-governmental, member organizations. Founded in January 2012 in France, with the vision to work under a unified strategic framework, to increase the effectiveness of the humanitarian response in areas of crisis; aiming at providing medical aid and support to affected people and communities, regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion or political affiliation.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
*Maintain financial activities in order to meet legislative and donor requirements
*Ensure all financial documents and files are accurate and submitted within deadlines
*Process payments of payroll and cash disbursements
*Prepare monthly cash projections with the inputs from project managers
*Record necessary financial documents for periodic accountancy
*Participate in budget preparing when needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Required Education: University degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics and other closely relevant field.
Required experience :1-2 years in same Filed**-**Familiarity/prior experience with Humanitarian/NGO sector would be an advantage
Computer skills Strong interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills
Languages: excellence in written and verbal English
