ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/SCOPE OF WORK
Essential Duties:
 Ensure that client’ referral sheet is up to date with information on referral, services and assistive devices provided by rehab team, peer to peer support, PSS services or any other services provided by IMC or any other organizations.
 Identify different organizations providing services to all including people with disabilities and injuries.
 Establish and maintain relationships with identified service providers.
 Contact referral organizations to ensure that referrals are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
 Remind clients of scheduled appointments via phone or email or in person contact.
 Prepare an improvement report on each referral client in consultation with referral organizations.
 Be the referral focal point across all bases and point of contact for patients and families, with patients and families having direct access for asking questions and raising concerns.
 Assist clients in problem solving potential issues related to the physical rehab and psycho-social related care, transportation, accessing services of other government and non-government organizations.
 Prepare and submit different reports as per project requirements.
 Scheduling external and internal meetings related to referral in agreement with the Program officer-rehab.
 Represent the department under supervision, input and assistance of the Rehabilitation Program Officer and Rehabilitation Program Coordinator.
 Under guidance of Rehabilitation Program officer, collaborate with finance and logistics for organizing transportation of clients to different referral organizations.
Qualifications:
 At least 1 year working experience in in the Humanitarian sector
 Written and oral proficiency in English and Arabic, including vocabulary proficiency in rehabilitation topics, proficiency in Turkish language.
 Experience in Microsoft office applications, notably Word and Excel
 Competent in e-mail correspondence, writing of reports and minutes of meeting in English and Arabic language
 Experience in data collection and compilation.
 Ability to work under pressure and to reliably follow-up on multiple tasks simultaneously
 Eligible to work legally in Turkey (having work permit/valid residency)
