As the program has expanded, in July several Physitherapists and Rehabilitation Worked heve been employed and enroled in the training plan.
As per donor requirement, a second training analisys should be perfprmed within December and thus a new asessment tool shoud be designed in order to include also the group of new staff and to correct and adapt the metodology according to the lessons learnt after the implementation of the firs phase.
