Kesh Malek is looking for an experienced project coordinator based in Gaziantep to implement an informal education project that is part of a consortium in partnership with four other Syrian and Turkish civil society organizations. The Project will be implemented in two community centers in Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa cities in Turkey.

Kesh Malek will be implementing the informal education aspect of the project which will be consisting of the following activities:

1- ICDL courses

2- Web Design courses

3- Accounting courses

4- Basic Project Management courses

5- Arabic, English & Turkish Languages courses

6- provide Syrian students in Gaziantep and Sanliurfa with information and guidance about university enrolment procedures, scholarships, in Turkey and internationally

Job responsibilities:

· Prepare job descriptions for the respected required staff and teachers/instructors.

· Prepare the detailed work plan of the project based on the project proposal and the master project plan.

· Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information

· Liaise with partners to identify and define project requirements, and achieve project scope and objectives

· Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise

· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all partners.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

· Prepare and send weekly report to Kesh Malek Program Manager.

· Prepare and send Monthly report to the consortium Project Manager

· Perform any other required task by the line manager.

Requirements

· At least one year experience in the field of project management.

· Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects

· University degree in any related field.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools

· Good level of writing and reading of English.

· Valid registration in Turkey.
