Syrian Forum is looking for Human Resources Officer.

v The Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· Review and approve job position requests, and job descriptions Coordinate vacancy posting in internal and external media as appropriate.
· Assists with recruitment and Collecting CVs and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
· Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Manager.
· Coordinate orientation Program For new staff and Prepares new Employee files.
· Managing and updating the database of the human resources and ensuring the correctness and completeness of the data in the same.
· Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on timely basis ensuring completeness and accurate documentation.
· Prepare Monthly Timesheet for All Staff.
· Lead all employee relations with professional grace; lead investigations to resolve issues/conflict in the workplace.
· Work with HR Manager and the project Managers team to determine workforce needs, identify human resource and competency gaps, and workforce plan.
· Ensure all Generalist HR activities such as Training and Development, Performance Appraisal, etc…
· Submit all HR reports or data request on time to the HR Manager.
v Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration**,** specialized in Human Resources is preferred.
· Minimum of 2-year successful Human Resources Management Experience in the NGO**’**s Field.
· High knowledge of the English (writing and Speaking) language and computer Skills.
· Willingness to travel to Syria, if need be.
· Has a valid Residence permit in Turkey.
The following further qualifications are an asset:
· Demonstrated understanding of and experience with policies, protocols, and procedures of international NGO**’**s and donor agencies.
· Good understanding of key principles of international NGO**’**s including accountability, impartiality, neutrality, independence and cooperation.
· Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and detail orientation.
· Strong commitment to teamwork, and being flexible.
· Effective communication, motivating leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Belief in the principles of participatory approaches to relief, recovery and development.
