ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/SCOPE OF WORK:
- Main duty being responsible of the right data entry and data analysis regarding procurement tracker and warehouse management in an excel spread sheet based tracking system
- Provide support to the warehouse and procurement team for all reports , ensure that the filling system is reflected in the soft system
- Support implementation of data analysis strategies in collaboration with the warehouse and procurement manager in order to develop performing extract data’s and entry system, identify potential gaps or needs in tracking
- Develop with the Country Logistics coordinator an action plan with clear activities and deadlines; including a reporting schedule from field to the country office
- Visit to the field office and ensure the proper implementation of reporting procedures. This will include working with the local warehouse and logistics staff to enter and upload relevant data and find any missing gaps
- Responsible for the all archiving (scan all the archive document and put it out in the share file i.e: GRNs , WBs, DLs , GIKs etc. ) in order to be easy accessible in anticipation of possible donor audits
- Data entry to procurement tracking sheet and follow ups with procurement team
- Preparing pivot tables in excel in order to illustrate the timelines of each procurement with certain information provided
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A relevant degree qualification in IT role, Logistics and warehousing management software a plus
- Bring the ability to analyze information, to think and plan strategically under the supervision of the logistics coordinator
- Strong advanced IT skills, specifically in MS Excel, knowledge of English is required, Turkish and Arabic is a plus
- Previous INGO experience with knowledge of donors and humanitarian procurement and warehousing procedures is desirable
- On a personal level you’ll have a strong cultural awareness, excellent interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills with the capability to focus in details
- Ability to understand and follow procurement procedures in order to provide correct data to the Logistics team
- In possession of the Turkish ID or residence permit and valid passport (or similar recognized ID)
