- Assist in the regular collection, entry and compiling of the data for health and hygiene promotion program reporting.
- Support in organizing trainings and activities through preparing translated materials, coordinating on logistical arrangements and procurement, etc. as needed.
- Attend meetings with various departments as requested by supervisors.
- Keep updated database of all health and hygiene promotion programme
- Travel to field sites if necessary and requested by supervisors
- Support in program administration, HR, and procurement for health hygiene promotion program.
- Assist health hygiene promotion Program Officers re: HR, supplies, security, etc.
- Assist in arranging meetings and training by arranging venues, stationery, etc. as requested by supervisors.
- Adhere to IMC Code of Conduct and internationally accepted humanitarian principles.
- Perform other duties as needed.
