Baytna Syria management is seeking to recruit a Program Coordantor (PC), to overall provide supports and coordinates the Program Unit in the implementation of the three main program components in Turkey in addition to coordinating the workflow of the Field Program Officers The PC reports directly to the SPM and is accountable to the SPM for effectively performing all responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates Field Program Officers schedules and reports, first filter layer;
- compile, edit and drafts reports;
- supports the Grants Officer in projects review and implementation;
- manages the social media and website;
- supports the Events and Logistics Officer in developing communication plan;
- supports the Capacity Building Officer in programs design and implementation;
- follows up under the direction of the SPM on implementation and progress of the schedule of the activities;
- performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
§ At least two years of relevant experience.
§ Previous experience in technical support work preferably in an international development organization.
§ Ability to work independently and identify innovative and promising social initiatives.
§ Strong local credentials in the given area inside Syria.
§ Sound understanding of Project Cycle Management.
§ Minimum Bachelor degree in any study area.
§ Arabic and English are required, Turkish is an asset.
§ Readiness to relocate to assigned location(s).
