Turkey: Education Project Manager

Kesh Malek is looking for an experienced Education Project Manager to undertake the implementation of the Education project. the Project manager will be positioned in Gaziantep and will be line-managed by the Program Manager.

Job responsibilities:

· Prepare job descriptions for the respected required staff and teachers/instructors.

· Prepare the Project plans as well as monitor the execution of the tasks and responsibilities.

· Supervise the Education office and its members.

· Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that may arise

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

· Coordinate and communicate with the different stakeholders, such as the Directorate of Education, Local councils and other organizations.

· Prepare and send weekly report to Kesh Malek Program Manager.

· Prepare and send Quarterly Donor reports.

· Conduct regular donor meetings.

· Attend the regular office meetings.

· Perform any other required task by the line manager.

Requirements

· Bachelor degree in Education or any relevant field.

· At least one-year experience as a Project Manager

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools

· Good level of writing and reading of English.

· Valid registration in Turkey.
