QRCS is looking for a Web Developer to work as a Freelancer by this Qualifications :
- Experienced in the PHP programming language and PostgreSQL data bases, able to re-build websites or modify projects executed by others.
- Can easily use Laravel framework.
- Can easily use angular**.**
- A good experience working on HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JQuery.
- Able to meet deadlines.
Able to work within a team.
The ability to deliver robust, tolerant solutions with unique development problems
Fully familiar with the life cycle of software development (eg requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing and documentation)
A good understanding of handling asynchronous requests, partial page updates, and AJAX
A serious understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and working methods on these issues
Understand the basic design principles behind a scalable application
Understand the differences between multiple display platforms, such as mobile versus desktop, and optimize the output to fit the selected platform
Develop Abi-based web services for various campaign and application efforts
