Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor in a related field such as humanitarian studies or Business studies. Significant relevant work experience in these specific areas will be considered as an added value.
General Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the humanitarian domain including 2 years relevant experience and understanding of reports development. Patient and good communicator who can function in an organization employing a multi-national staff, and whose sites are geographically distributed in areas of the country difficult to access during certain periods of the year.
Roles &Responsibilities:
· Liaise and communicate with program/project managers on projects data.
· Lead the preparation of narrative reports to donor/partner as required by grant/sub-grant agreements.
· Prepare quarterly, midterm, and final narrative reports, and review bi-weekly and monthly reports that are developed by Program/project manager and other reports requested from the Head of Programs.
· Be familiar with donor/partner regulations and ensure project reports based upon donors/partners’ preferences.
· Lead the collection of all necessary documentation from M&E department, and program/project managers for reporting purposes.
· Compile data and information from M&E framework for project activities and review them to be submitted to relevant donor/partner as required.
· Collaborate with M&E department to ensure that narrative reports’ statistics are correct, and drafted on time according to donor/partner submission deadlines.
· Coordinate with other program staff to produce material useful in external communication on activities as case studies.
· Supporting in writing proposals as needed from the Head of Program Development.
· Update the projects’ tracker.
Skills:
· Languages: Excellent in English (writing –reading –speaking) other language will be desired especially Arabic
· Reporting: Strong reporting skills particularly for humanitarian related business
· Computing: Proficient in Microsoft Office including, excel, word, outlook etc.
· Communication skills: negotiating, facilitating and presenting as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
· Time management, organization and work prioritization
· Being analytical with strong attention to details
· Remote management
· Work overtime when required
· Collaborative and cooperative with other related departments
