· Process work permit for Syrian and expatriate staff working in ERT Turkey
· Visa and Residence permit
· Ensure all international staff get an residency permit on time
Ensure timely submission of expatriate residence process
· Process all required documentation to apply residency application to the relevant authority
Keep up to date information regarding new visa and residency regulations
· Collaborates with the project sites and department in organizing trip to Gaziantep and timely
submission of residence application
· Establish follow up mechanism on the visa and residence permit to avoid delay in submission the
residence application
· Facilitate flight booking as requested by the HR/Admin Manager
· Assist HR/Admin manager in preparation of rental agreement for Antakya and for all project sites
Keep up to date information related to accommodation in ERT
· Maintain regular contact with immigration department and other authority in relation to updated visa and immigration rules
· Purchase medical insurance as and when necessary with the approval from HR/Admin Manager
· Is responsible file related to visa information files (hard copies)
· Communication and reporting
· Makes all recruitment information and changes in the immigration procedures are available to the staff

Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in human resources, business or administration related studies
· Professional proficiency at English and Turkish/Arabic
· Desirable working experience of at least two years in administration or HR positions (similar positions, e.g. Administration Assistant etc)
· Understands Turkish immigration laws
· Desirable experience other NGOs
· Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel and Internet)
