Project Coordinator (Syrian Nationality).
Function and Organizational Relationships:
The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the overall management and delivery of project activities and budget, timely reporting and regular monitoring and evaluation of project achievements. Coordinates activities delivery with the Logistics officer, M&E Officer (Consultant) with the support unit. The Pc reports directly to the CEO and is accountable to the CEO for effectively performing all responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.provide day to day management for the Project team;
2.Coordinate the process of documentation of the entire project and appropriate dissemination;
3.Coordinate development of training plans and development of tools to monitor training activities;
4.Ensure submission of timely progress reports;
5.Build networks and partnership with other agencies in accordance with the Project objectives, including government and non- government organizations and communities;
6.Diligently manage the project from inception to the signing of the contract and financial closure;
7.Monitors the implementation of the projects; oversees the timely data collection and reporting at the local level;
8.Assist in Support the design M&E framework;
9.Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
1.More than four years of relevant experience, including at least three years of experience in NGO
2.Minimum Bachelor degree or any study in a related field;
3.Professional experience in Project Cycle Management (PCM)
4.Skills in problem solving, conflict resolution, team building, planning and organizing.
5.Familiarity with the Syrian NGOs and stakeholders; personal awareness and engagement.
6.Arabic and English are required, Turkish is a prefer.
7.Internal and external communication skills;
8.Very good working knowledge of (office communication, computer, data entry and maintenance, phone, inter-/intranet);
9.Valid Turkish residency permits and ability to travel in the region.
