Purpose of the Position
Under the guidance and supervision of the Administrative Officer, and in close collaboration with the HR unit in Ankara, the Administrative & HR Assistant will provide support to office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring administrative projects. He/she will uses a client-oriented approach to implement business solutions in key HR areas (i.e. benefits and entitlements, HR administration, recruitment, learning and development, etc.), as aligned with HR best practices, and in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations.

Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in the area of human resource management, business administration.
A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible human resources, administrative work experience required.
