Scope of Work :

The job is in the financial department, concerning on auditing documents and review. Making sure all documentations are correct and agrees with QRCS financial department’s policies, and detecting any error in the documentations with ability to understand the any reason for any error in these documentations, and their justifications if available.

"This position involves working on MS office, writing narrative reports, working on tables and doing some Equations and formats. And also preparing reports ".

Duties & Responsibilities :

Strategic :

1- Auditing the Financial Dep. Files

2- Detect any error in the documentations

3- Follow-up and endurance of the proper filling

Operational :

1- Auditing incoming statements

2- Scanning documentations

3- Taking soft-copies of documentations

4- Translating documentations

Education, Experience & Training :

At least a High School degree, a commercial institute’s graduate is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :

  1. MS Office skills
  2. Punctuality
  3. Mathematical skills
  4. Team work
  5. Ability to adopt to changes
