Kesh Malek Organization would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of “Monitoring and Evaluation Officer” based on Gaziantep, Turkey, to independently monitor, evaluate and enhance the impacts and the overall quality of Kesh Malek’s projects. . The “Monitoring and Evaluation Officer” outputs support Kesh Malek’s accountability and provide a basis for decision-making and promote knowledge management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads project team in development and implementation of an qualitative and quantitative M&E system and oversees routine program monitoring activities.
Ensures the quality and relevance of the project’s monitoring and evaluation design.
Documents results of the M&E system and produce the required periodic reports.
Assists the various program teams in data analysis.
Trains project staff in data collection methodology and in the M&E system, in general.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one years professional experience in M&E position.
University degree in related fields.
Experience designing and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems.
Excellent English\Arabic written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Valid registration in Turkey.
