Responsible for setting training and development plans for employees and managements, follow up on their implementation, includes but not limited managing performance appraisal, developments plans, career path, talent management and training plans and activities
- Conduct training need analysis
- Work with human resource team and in coordination with line managers to put training plan for team members to boost their performance and capacities.
- Conclude training plan for team members.
- Work on budget allocation for capacity building activities in projects’ budgets.
- Supervise training nomination from partner’s capacity building activities and other new opportunities.
- Plan training and assure implantation.
- Follow up on training material preparation and assure alignment with training needs.
- Follow up on training documents and training documentations.
- Review performance management system.
- Assure performance management system in place and assure support for line managers.
- Assure career path in place for all team members.
- Any additional relevant tasks may be assigned by line manage
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in Arabic & English (strong written and verbal skills)
- Minimum two years’ professional experience in related job.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of humanitarian context
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Management skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Problem solving skills
