Location: Turkey-Reyhanli
Main tasks and duties of the job:
1) work to attract cases that require individual intervention.
2) Provide guidance to children through individual and group sessions to help them overcome and eliminate dependence and adapt to the conditions of life and recovery from the current crisis.
3) Provide PSS in the center or for children affected by different ages.
4) Report any problem or challenge facing the direct supervisor’s beneficiaries.
5) act in accordance with the humanitarian protection principles, confidentiality and respect.
6) Prepare plans to suit the needs of each case.
7) follow-up cases within the follow-up records.
8) Develop an approximate diagnosis of cases “and provide appropriate intervention.
9) Support and supervision of the team (working within the center)
10) Provide specialized treatment services taking into account the specificity of each case.
11) Provide psychosocial training for the team to raise the efficiency of workers.
12) preparing monthly reports on the technical work with the state of work and interventions during the month.
13) Participation and supervision of the sessions allocated to children to identify the most in need cases need intervention.
14) Coordinate with the center management to obtain a service map for cases requiring additional support from other services and referral.
Qualifications:
– Certificate in Psychology – psychological counseling
– MS software skills
– More than three years of relevant experience
– Arabic and English are required; Turkish is an asset;
