Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of tools and technical equipment (Software - Hardware).
- Install and prepare new hardware and software.
- Maintenance of the network infrastructure and internet lines, adjust and improve the working standards on the network.
- Provide the necessary procedures and policies of safety and security for the network and staff devices and provide advice and guidance related.
- Guiding new and existing employees on the organization's ICT systems.
- Evaluation and permanent follow-up to the development of technical equipment and related procedures and providing recommendations for improvement and development of the technical situation in the Organization.
- Preparation of technical equipment for training, workshops, and meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
BA or Institute related the Computer Science and Information Technology.
Good in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Good in network and server administration ( building, extending, and maintain network)
Good knowledge administration about windows server.
2 years experience in Maintenance of technical equipment ( laptops, printer, and projectors....)
The ability to think logically.
The ability to determine the workload levels.
Transparency and Confidentiality.
Communication & Teamworking skills.
