Under the general guidance of the supervisor, the Programme Officer is accountable for providing assistance for the successful implementation of the Conditional Cash Transfer for Education Programme (CCTE) targeting Syrians under temporary protection and other refugees in Turkey according to the contractual requirements of the funding agreement. The Programme Officer is expected to provide technical support for planning and implementation, management and evaluation of programme/project activities, data analysis and progress reporting, in support of achievement of the programme’s goals and objectives.
How can you make a difference?
We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, highly effective Programme Officer, who will be able to adapt and deliver results under pressure, and performing the below functions:
Contribution Management
Support the development of proposals, amendments, budgets for donors as required. Contributes to the donor reports in coordination with other programme sections.
Programme Development and Management
Keep track of progress of planned workplan.
Optimum Use Of Program Funds
Monitor programme implementation progress and compliance. Monitors the allocation and disbursement of programme funds, making sure that funds are properly coordinated, monitored and liquidated. Alert outputs managers when corrective actions are required.
Donor reporting
Support the coordination and gathering of inputs from program colleagues for the development of new narrative proposals and budgets as required, including requests for amendments and regular updates on the progress made and results achieved.
