About ONSUR:
International Association for Relief and Development (Onsur) is a non-governmental organization registered in Turkey N° (27-018-178) dealing with the Relief and development projects through the empowerment of local communities to ensure a decent life, Founded at the beginning of 2012. Onsur works through the main office is located in Gaziantep’s province Turkey, in addition to execution offices in: Syria (Aleppo, Idlib, Rural Damascus), Lebanon (Saida, Arsal), and Iraq (Erbil – under construction)
Responsibilities
· Plan and coordinate videos for a range of different purposes, e.g. promotion of the volunteer programme, general updates with the different projects, quarterly updates from the team, fundraising campaigns e.g. emergency campaign. This will involve direct contact with the Board and Programme Manager.
· Research different NGOs use of videos for communication purposes, e.g. length, style, messaging etc. Advice Trustee Board on recommendations for use of video.
· Coordinate with photographers in Syria and other work countries to generate high quality video footage for editing purposes.
· Manage the Drive folder (cloud system) with video footage to make sure it is filed and labelled appropriately in folders that are accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
· Use footage and edit to create short video messages, in line with the plan agreed with the Communications Coordinator, Trustee Board and Programme Manager.
· Support with the uploading of videos on appropriate sites, e.g. YouTube/Vimeo, inseting into a media page on our website and sharing on social media.
. Manage the digital archive of media material and make it easily to reach upon required.
Requirements
· Proficiency in using video editing software to create promotional videos.
· Proficiency in adding effects and editing video templates.
· Creativity and a passionate interest in promotional videos for NGO’s and editing.
. Proficiency in using graphic design softwares.,
· A keen eye for detail and a critical mind.

The Ideal Candidate:
