Job Purpose:
To support Project Managers in preparation of the project documents and to ensure that the documents, reports, plans are well written and archived.
Key Activities/Tasks/Duties:
Assist the project managers in preparation of the project documents.
Follow-up data collected by the field staff regarding the distribution “KOBO” and export of related reports.
Support BINAA IMO in data cleaning and analyzing.
Ensure complete archiving for projects and programs.
Follow up the car log of the field team in coordination with the project managers.
Follow up the payments, contracts and time sheets of the daily contractual staff in coordination with the project managers.
Review the Goods Received Notes “GRNs” for the delivered aids.
Prepare 4Ws reports and share it with the clusters.
Attend and report team and cluster meetings as per request.
analysis of the clusters reports and prepare related reports and actions.
Prepare (weekly, monthly) reports to Program Manager for all works, activities and tasks.
Note: the above mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones, another future responsibility /accountability may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.
Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):
A. Essential:
Bachelor's degree, administrative field is preferred.
Advanced skills in the English language.
A minimum of one-year experience in humanitarian work, and principles, donors’ policies and procedures and NGO’s clusters.
B. Desirable
Pre-intermediate skills in the Turkish language.
Three years of experience in humanitarian work, and principles, donors’ policies and
procedures and NGO’s clusters.
Required Competencies:
A. Technical Competencies (TC):
Basic knowledge in preparation BoQs (Bill of Quantities)
Basic knowledge in quantities calculation
Good skills in reporting
Advanced level in Excel, Outlook, Word
Remote management tools and techniques.
Basic knowledge in Google Earth and QGIS applications.
