Function and Organizational Relationships:

The CCCM Programme Coordinator (PC) supports the Senior Programme Manager (SPM) and directly coordinate the implementation of all CCCM projects inside and outside Syria or in any other location. Leads the team of CCCM Projects Managers, and coordinates activities delivery with the Logistics officer, M&E Officer with the support unit. The CCCM PC is directly accountable to the SPM for effectively performing all responsibilities, providing reports on all aspects of the Foundations performance as requested by the SPM.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that Maram’s CCCM programme implementation are in line with CCCM Cluster policies and strategies.
  2. Coordinates the design, proposal development and implantation of CCCM projects between different CCCM projects’ teams and the Syrian stakeholders and partners

  3. supports the development and reviews in coordination with the SPM the overall project work plans and budgets; provides guidance to the employees in their delivery of duties

  4. provides technical guidance and oversight to implemented projects;

  5. lead the Technical Coordination between Projects’ Managers, logistics officers, and the support unit ensure implementation in a systematic and timely manner, to follow work plan targets, achieve technical requirements and complete deliverables in accordance with subproject agreements and budgets;

  6. support the design M&E framework;

  7. Supervise preparation and submission of all CCCM projects reports and other donor’s requirements.

  8. Represent Maram in the CCCM Cluster meetings and related forums

  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:

  1. More than five years of work in humanitarian sector, including at least three years of projects management.
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering post graduate degree is preferred ;
  3. Professional experience in Project Cycle Management (PCM)
  4. Familiarity with the Syrian conflict, Syrian NGOs and stakeholders; personal awareness and engagement.
  5. Arabic and English are required, Turkish is an asset
  6. Valid Turkish residency permits and the ability to travel in the region.
