JOB BRIEF: The SSRF Project Officer (case management officer) is a compassionate, care-driven professional who believes in facilitating wellness for children and their families. S/he will take initiative in instituting case management policies and communicating with children and families in effective ways to promote education. S/he will take into account programmatic and budgetary constraints when making decisions about the direction and nature of supporting each family.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programmatic:
Conduct family intakes through field visits and interviews
Register families for program per registration process
Identify potential beneficiaries in coordination with local partners
Conduct interviews with families and children throughout project for project updates for donors and management
Support on internal programmatic reporting for management
Provide translation support for donor updates
Reviewing therapist evaluations, treatment objectives, and plans
Monitor cases by verifying attendance, and providing personal support
Provide internal + external referrals to beneficiaries
Maintain beneficiary database through data entry, reviewing case notes, logging events, and progress.
Improve program results by studying, evaluating, and suggesting re-design processes
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing results data and trends
Take the extra mile and interact with beneficiaries to keep track of their progress and to ensure improvement
Take note of psychosocial status of individual children
Implement Karam Foundation Case Management and PSS SOPs
Other:
Attending professional development training as needed
Regular reporting to the SSRF Team Leader
Other tasks as may be assigned by the SSRF Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
3-4 years experience in the field, case-management, or PSS
Fluency in Arabic language
English + Turkish proficiency preferred
Mental health professionals preferred
Effective communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Creativity and willingness to learn
Good team member
Competence in Google Drive (documents, spreadsheets)
Valid Turkish Residency Permit or Turkish Citizenship Required
LOCATION: Reyhanlı/Türkiye
HOURS: 40 hours / week; Saturday - Wednesday 9 am - 6 pm
