Function and Organizational Relationships:
The Human Resources Manager(HRM) is responsible for performing different HR functions starting from recruitment up to employees career and development. The HRM reports directly to the CEO and assists and coordinates activities with the Senior Programme Manager and Sub-office Mangers.
1-Main Responsibilities
· Legal Framework (Labour Law)
· Organisation Planning
· Capacity and Career Development
· Administration and Payroll
· Policies and Procedures
· Team Management
· Reporting
2-Legal Framework (Labour Law)
· Establish all formalities as required by relevant Turkish authorities from an HR point of view
· Supervises the framework writings of the various Employment contracts
· Ensure and monitor the existence and the archiving of all HR related documents
· Liaise with general coordination on all issues linked to the HR aspect of the organization · Liaise with external legal and accounting advisors on legal HR matters, whenever necessary
, Ensures preparation of external or internal audit on all HR requirements,
3- other Main Responsibilities Review and propose update for the Maram Foundation HR policies;
Implements Human resources policies and procedures administer and monitor the system;
support personnel management and maintain HR files (hard and/or soft copies);
Prepare payroll;
coordinator the recruitment function in the identification of suitable candidates for open positions and assigning appropriate pay grade
Develop employees career development plans including performance evaluation and support the capacity building training for all employees;
Manages employees relationship;
Support the development and implementation of the employee security system;
Ensure the foundation full compliance toward governing employees laws and handling relationship with concerned authorities,
Qualifications:
1- At least a Bachelor’s degree in business management / human resources or any other relevant field.
2- At least 5 years of professional work experience in human resources with at least 2 years in a managerial position
3- Ability to work in a team and to sometimes tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
4-Fluent of English and Arabic (both verbal and written)
5-Excellent knowledge of Turkish and Syrian labor laws
6-Ability to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
7-Ability to create new ideas, and relationships,
8-Proficient in use of computer applications related to the tasks,
