Turkey: IT & Media Officer

About NSPPL:
The National Syrian project for prosthetic limbs has been established in Feb 2013 by a group of Syrian doctors overseas to help the people whose parts has been imputed as a result of Syrian war and provide them with prosthetic parts and the appropriate rehabilitation and NSPPL is non-profit organization which serves people in Syria and Turkey .

Responsibilities :

1. responsible of managing the proper set up, maintenance, repair, deployment and daily support of the NSPPL site’s various IT systems
2. Ensure that all computers (hardware and software), networks, multifunctional printers and any other IT devices are set up and regularly maintained correctly according to NSPPL rules and regulations.
3. Responsible to design, set up and regular maintain a server network within the office with local and remote access for but not limited to file sharing and backup purposes.
4. Responsible for training and supporting end-users with computers, printers, mobile devices, and any other IT device as necessary.
5. In a proactive manner, initiate and contribute to assessments/reports of existing IT systems and advise on corrective measures to be undertaken.
6. Managing Social Media and Web Site of NSPPL.
7. Design brochures, promotional materials, videos related to project as required, which must be signed off by the relevant management personnel.
8. Organize all Media events, activities related to NSPPL.
9. Taking photographs , as per the media activities specified in the project.

Required Qualifications:

1. Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT and media .
3. Fluent in Arabic and English, Turkish is advantage
4. Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications.
5. Good knowledge in Photoshop, Video editing, Photography and video production knowledge.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
