Position objectives: Supervise all programs, projects management, and staff who directly subordinate to him. He is responsible for developing their work and organize administrative work. He also has to renovate the work methods periodically and develop project implementation operations whether through the organization workgroups or the implementing partners. He Supervises Grants unit, and staff who directly subordinate to him in addition to developing their work. He has to search for new ideas and put into practice, aiming at developing work, activate permanent partnerships with donors and increase the volume of funds. He participates in developing marketing plans targeting projects promotion and organizational programs scheduled to be held in the regions to attract donors and partners to implement projects and programs. He helps the executive manager to develop and implement the vision of the board of directors and enhance the message and the reputation of the foundation in organizational terms. This work will be done by applying systems and accredited quality standards in the foundation and giving the foundation an administrative nature characterized by the quality of output.
Tasks and responsibilities:
· Manage project's lifecycle beginning from identifying needs to thoughts till planning, study and contracting, ending with supervision on implementation.
· Cooperate with executive manager to develop executive annual plans as per strategic plan and general policies of AHF.

· Supervise programs directly and follow up on the implementation of its approved plans and programs, and decisions issued by the board of directors to facilitate its work.
· Participate in developing marketing plans and programs. And supervise the work of the grants unit.
· Communicate and build strong relations with existing donors and search for new donors.
· Develop strategic plans and policies aiming at raising the profile of the foundation and highlight its role among concerned foundations and international organizations working in humanitarian work as per general strategies of the foundation taking into account trends and policies which the foundation operates.
· Try to establish communication channels with international foundations and organizations through holding and attending conferences and meetings of humanitarian actors inside and outside the country.
· Search for new funding opportunities for multiple of humanitarian actors through introducing organizational projects and knowing priorities and concerns of those organizations.
· Coordinate efforts and achieve harmonization between programs, subordinated units, and the other administration units.
· Adopts initiatives and thoughts aiming at developing and increasing the performance efficiency of the programs, and encourage and motivate innovators.
· Hire qualified staff to work on programs and its subordinated units, and develop their expertises and skills within the regulatory framework.
· Draft periodical and emergency reports within his work scope
· Perform other functions delegated to him by the executive manager within the scope of his specialty.
- Required qualifications and expertises:
· University degree and five years of expertise in executive administrative work.
· Minimum five years of expertise in management and work methodologies of humanitarian organizations.
· Ability to lead, direct, coordinate, follow up, initiate and develop.
· Ability to analyzing and innovate solutions to the problems.
· Ability to communicate, negotiate, plan and organize.
· Expertise in financial aspects, in projects budgets, projects management and marketing.
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages. Excellent computer skills and in other various desktop applications.
