· Check the new employees registry records if they are available for working IMC
· Prepare new service contracts for new employees and extending the expired contracts which is available to extension and approved by supervisor of the employee
· Make photocopies, scanning documents and performs other clerical functions
· Archive documents and keep them regular
· Responsible of the phone cards for all IMC staff
· Responsible of kitchen stocks and cleaning materials for Urfa office and guest houses
· Supervise the cleaners to make sure they clean all the guesthouses and offices regularly as worksheet.
· Manage the flight tickets and accommodation for expats and other IMC staff.
· Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
· Pays employees by calculating pay; distributing checks; maintaining records.
· Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
· Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
· Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Working in Human Resources department as an assistant and as per instructions giving by supervisor and depending on needs.
· Any other requests by supervisor
Qualifications:
· Having academic degree (Economy, Business Administration or other related branches)
· Having experience in administrative works.
· Proficiency with Microsoft office programs.
· Fluent in Turkish, English, Arabic is an advantage.
· Having experience with NGOs
· Having the ability to work under pressure.
