· Keep and Maintain high level of confidentiality for all HR documentations and filing system;
· Assist and provide support to HR team in recruitment of national staff including keeping track of advertised positions, preparing pre-shortlisting forms, conduct some interviews for entry level positions whenever needed ;
· Support HR department in conducting reference check for new staff;
· Maintain the accuracy of leaves taken by providing support to departments in filling leave forms, update their leave balance and share it with department heads;
· Ensures the timely and accurate processing of staff contracts and follow up with staff to collect signatures;
· Keep track of all-staff list and follow up with departments regarding annual performance appraisal;
· Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR
· Fluent in Arabic and English required
· Proficient computer skills (MS office, Microsoft Windows)
· Applicants with work experience in NGOs will be prioritized
· Excellent team player
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining a positive attitude
