Summary and Organization Relation:
The Program Coordinator (PC) will be hired to coordinate the implementation of Maram Education and Child protection project in Syria. That focuses on enhancing quality Education and Protection of IDPs in Northern Syria
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Follow up and track the progresses of all Education and Protection program activities to ensure smooth implementation of activities.
2- To generate plans, allocate the tasks and follow up the implementation process with the team.
3- Developing the design of the project in line with the organization’s mission and vision. Ensure reporting timely and accurately and review projects reports before being submitted to the donor.
4- Produce high-quality Proposal and lead the development of projects documentation including a budget, work plan, log frame…etc.
5- Monitoring projects budget and ensuring the good expenses are in line with the budget.
6- Support Maram in identifying potential donors and funding opportunities for sector projects.
7- Ensure mainstreaming (Education/ protection/BTL) is part and parcel of the education programming.
8- Represent Maram in the coordination meetings (WGs/Edu cluster meetings, regular meeting with donors)
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor/ master degree in studies related with job description.
2- Excellent Non-formal educational skills.
3- Total of three years of relevant experience, two of which must be NGO experience.
4- Excellent report writing skills in English and Arabic.
5- Excellent communication, inter-personal, and problem solving skills.
6- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
7- Experience working in a humanitarian/Edu & Protection projects.
8- Able to collaborate effectively with staff and stakeholders
