About Mercy Without Limits:
MWL is a humanitarian, advocacy, non-profit organization dedicated to work with communities in order to overcome poverty. its main priorities are aimed at empowering women, youth, people with disabilities and children by enabling them to participate in economic, social, and civil spheres. We aim to protecting women, youth, people with disabilities and children rights by the constitution and legislation systems.
Responsibility:
1- Over viewing Syria and Turkey programming strategy.
2- Proactively engaging with funding institutions (public entities, development agencies, UN,EU, etc.) and maintaining all existing and developing partnerships.
3- Leading the drafting process of concept notes, technical proposals, budgets, and log-frames while ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
4- Writing effective research proposals, fundraising documents, and grant proposals.
5- Preparing written content and briefs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:
1- 3+ years of experience in fundraising.
2- Familiar with donor types, best tools and ways to reach and communicate with them, and secure their requirements.
3- Good knowledge about fund resources.
4- Experience in grant/project writing in the humanitarian, empowerment and development fields.
5- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
6- Professional experience in different fields of related areas.
7- Managing multi-stakeholder engagements.
8- Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish.
9- Open-minded, flexible with out-of-the-box thinking skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualities:
1- Having strong self-expression and communication skills.
2- Eagerness to learn new trends and constantly research new best practices.
3- Motivation to interact with people (team, contractors, partners, external stakeholders, etc.) on a daily basis to achieve shared goals.
