Established in Gaziantep, in 2014, Bonyan is an impartial, independent humanitarian organization that strives for the improvement and resilience of war-torn communities in Northwest Syria and in Turkey. Bonyan’s refugee response program is structured around three axes: education, protection, and livelihoods.
Bonyan protection program aims to reduce protection risks for vulnerable Syrian refugees particularly children out of school and children at risk.

Job purpose:
To be responsible directly for complying to the proposed project plan and make sure that the project progress is according to the budget and schedule and all project services delivered with high quality, he/she is also responsible for preparedness, implementation, and planning of the project in addition to coordinating and relations. he/she is also involved in selecting the project staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• develop, monitor and implement project work plans including work plan, risk plan, stakeholder plan, procurement plan, and communications plan.
• ensure that the project plans are implemented on time and on budget, and according to donor’s requirements.
• Define and manage the project's detailed schedule to ensure work is on time.
• Monitor activities indicators of the project's logical framework, and coordinate with the MEAL department to ensure effective monitoring.
• develop and monitor the cash flow forecast of the project and ensure effective coordination with the finance department.
• Overseeing identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues/problems/challenges.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor the risks and changes through the project duration, and set out the mitigation strategy and corrective actions.
• Prepare the necessary exchange plans for each stage.
• Establishing and implementing rules of communication to suit stakeholders;
• Contribute to monitoring the application of personnel systems for workers and implementing partners.
• ensure effective leading of the project team.
• Submit project reports, achievements, project records and other relevant documents to the program manager after their audit and make recommendations thereon and Publish project information to all stakeholders according to the communication plan.
• Represent the institution in meetings and workshops related to the program.
• assist in planning the new project and participate in developing a new strategy for the program.
Academic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil engineer preferred)
Languages:**
Arabic: Fluently spoke and written**
English: Very good spoken and written**
Skills:
· At least two years’ experience in managing and operating methods of humanitarian institutions
· At least two years of experience in managing construction projects.
· The ability to lead, direct, coordinate, follow-up, initiate and develop.
· The ability to analyze and create solutions to problems and make decisions.
· The ability to communicate, negotiate, plan and organize.
· Experience in financial aspects, budgeting and project management.
· professionally use of MS Office, Power BI, and AutoCAD. (MS Project preferred)
