General Description of the Organization:

Takaful Al Sham Charity partners directly with affected Syrian populations delivering humanitarian and development programs, Livelihood, Education, and Protection, to enable them to improve their living practices and their sustainability mechanisms.

Education Project Manager
Location:
Gaziantep, Turkey
Contract duration: 6 month
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Following up the projects’ implementation stages in accordance with the proposal..
- To deal with data collection tools, analyze the data and highlight the findings.
- Following the financial procedures to ensure that transactions are properly documented,
- Managing the Budget and monitoring the progress.
- Following up the project’s staff issues.
- Preparing monthly narrative report and tracking the admin and financial issues.
- Reviewing the databases and ensuring that they are properly prepared.
- Child safeguarding, Discrimination, Abuse and Harassment
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (preferably in education)
- Previous experience in education project’s management in I/NGO for 1 year as a minimum, experience in the Protection sector is an asset.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic Turkish is an asset
NEEDED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Abilities:
- To generate plans, allocate the tasks and follow up with the implementation process.
- To lead teams, allocate tasks, and ensure the proper managing of the activities.
- To analyze data to measure the indicators of the project.
- To read proposals and budgets.
- To generate professional narrative reports.
- To pay attention to details.
- To review databases using excel.
