Preparation of River Basin Management Plans for 6 Basins, Ankara/Turkey.
The Economics Expert, the key full time expert, should have a solid background in projects related to the implementation of the Water Framework Directive and other EU water quality sector requirements for economic aspects. The Expert will be responsible for all the activities related to the economic analysis in line with the Water Framework Directive and also Sectoral Water Allocation Plans requirements.
Se incluyen aquí las titulaciones universitarias requeridas (en inglés) de acuerdo a los TOR de la convocatoria:
Bachelor’s degree in economics or other sciences related to assignment or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience
At least 2 basin level study in an EU Member State and/or candidate country in at least two of the following issues including its all aspects in river basin management planning: financial cost determination, environmental cost determination, resource cost determination, economic analysis of water use, cost recovery assessment, cost effectiveness and cost-benefit analysis.
