where it started its activities in the city of Aleppo north of Syria and was licensed in turkey in 2014
Bonyan’s refugee response program is structured around three axes: education, protection, and livelihoods.

Job Title: Technical Support Officer

Location: Turkey/ Gaziantep
Reported to: Information Manager
Job purpose:
Providing the necessary support and maintenance for the organization’s technical environment, in addition to finding technical and software solutions that contribute to develop the organization’s work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy technical devices and applications (Hardware and Software).
Monitor computer systems and networks and maintain them if necessary.
Evaluate the technical problems, provide support and suggest appropriate solutions.
Ensure that backup copies are upload on the server and make sure that they are safe, and repaired them in case of a defect.
Ensure that all the computers are linked to the technical environment of the organization and with no problems.
Manage the accounts and e-mails on the organization’s servers.
Ensure the equipment and tools of work are safety, maintain them if necessary.
Providing the necessary technical and software solutions to support and promote the technical level in departments, after the approval of line manager.
Participation in research and recommendation of improved infrastructure processes and technologies to include growth planning.
Provide procurement assistance including, but not limited to, researching solutions, engaging with potential vendors, making recommendations for product purchases, and evaluating bids.
Provide the necessary training to the employees on the new technical applications that will be implemented.
Apply data protection measures and update the procedure continuously, in line with the approved policies.
Promote the level of protection on the system and the internal network by using the appropriate applications.
Rehabilitation and extension networks and the necessary technical equipment when needed for the offices and centers related to Bonyan organization.
Create and maintain inventory equipment in the organization and prepare a report on their condition when needed.
Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Requirements:
Technical knowledge of networks and computers.
Experience in routers and networks.
The ability to troubleshoot technical errors and solve network problems.
Experience in Remote Desktop and Help Desk software.
Experience with Office 365 applications.
An advanced level of the VBA program.
Experience with Power Apps software is preferred.
Knowledge of database management and programming is preferred.
Arabic, good knowledge of English and Turkish is desirable.
