World Vision (WV) is inviting potential consultation and legal firms, which are all strong and highly regarded within the industry to participate in providing the service of Personal Data Protection Law.
Interested suppliers are expected to submit full financial proposal clarifying the breakdown of costs and the taxes in USD based on the TOR in the attachments along with confirmation of the deliverable in a proper technical proposal.

The supplier is requested to :
Receive and file all employee’s health records during the employment life cycle in compliance with WV policies and procedures and LPPD Law.
Receive and file employee’s Covid-19 heath records, including PCR tests, and medical reports of recovery.
Making sure that all employee health records are kept safe and confidential at all times
Provide employee’s health reports including sickness certificates, medical evaluations, work injury reports, and maternity leaves to External CPA for SGK approvals.
Report to WV HR on all medical related matters to help HR record sick and maternity leaves, and manage the HR transactions and communication with staff.
The expected service may extend for two years period.
**Pre-qualification requirement in the offer are as below :
Business registration/incorporation, business license
Tax registration, tax clearance certificates
Information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner)
Last two years of audited financial statements
References from previous customers
Self-declaration of no legal disputes that ended in Court in the past three years
Sign Conflict of Interest disclosure
Sign statement that the bidder would be open to back ground checks including watch dog screening
Sign Supplier Code of Conduct
Sign WV’s Safeguarding Policy
Sign Anti-Corruption Policy
