Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline from four-year college or university required

General Work Experience

3-5 years relevant work experience in Human Resources, including in a management position.Knowledge of HR operations and administration required

Skills :

  • Languages : Good in English Writing-Reading-Speaking, other language will be desired especially Arabic/ Turkish
  • Computing :Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word
  • Project management skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time management skills.

• To organize and archive documents.
• To work as part of the team.
• To work within specified time constraints
• To work independently
• To work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively interact with all levels of any organization
• To travel in general as required (to Syria specifically).
• To maintain confidentiality of records and information.

• To communicate efficiently with multiple teams\employees of different backgrounds or nationalities
• To work extra time as needed

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Consulting with PHC project committee to identify needs and preferred qualifications and to ensure that donor requirements fit the project staff

· Scheduling/ arranging the training courses.

· Ensuring that HR forms are in place.

1-Reporting and Filing incidents related to the project of PHC

2-Keeping, updating and archiving PHC Employee personnel records and all records.

· Resolve any upcoming issues between PHC staff.

· Implement disciplinary procedures when needed

· Conducting the project recruitment.

1-Interview applicants about their experience, education and needed skills.

2- Contact references and perform background checks with local cancels.
