Role Purpose:
Designs develop and manages databases, spreadsheets, and other data tools; understands, documents, and ensures the quality of high-value humanitarian data for accuracy, consistency, and comparability; consolidates operational information on a regular schedule to support analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain beneficiary lists for all projects in a database.
- Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) department in selecting beneficiaries, including assisting in the design of relevant tools when necessary.
- Maintain and gather project statistics regarding number and beneficiaries, type and quantity of assistance provided, and any other quantitative and qualitative information required by the program.
- Assist the M&E department in performing data analysis and producing statistical and graphic reports.
- Develop and manage questionnaires on Kobo Toolbox and google forms.
- Provide any statistics as information reports and requested by other departments.
- Develop monthly reports on project activities.
- Develop and design interactive dashboards.
- Support training of the TAS team on information management skills such as data collection, analysis and visualization.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience:
- Advanced Experience in Microsoft Officer.
- Experience in the mapping tools such as google map, ARC GIS.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization software.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and team working skills.
- problem-solving skills.
- Very Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
