الهلال الأحمر القطري هيئة خيرية تطوعية تأسس في مارس سنة 1978م. وتم الاعتراف الدولي به في عام1981م من قبل اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر بجنيف، وانضم إلى الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات الصليب الأحمر و الهلال الأحمر في نفس العام.

Qatar Red Crescent is a voluntary charitable organization, was founded in March 1978. QRC has been internationally recognized in 1981 by the ICRC in Geneva, and joined the IFRC in the same year.

Scope of Work: مجال العمل:

دارة البرنامج الطبي وكل ما يتعلق به (نظام الرعاية الصحية الأولية، حملات المراقبة، برامج التثقيق الصحي) في بعثة تركيا.

Manage the medical program and all the related issues (primary healthcare system, monitoring campaign, educational health program..) in Turkey’s mission .

. إعداد الميزانية السنوية للقسم الطبي، بالإضافة إلى خطة التنفيذ، ورفعها إلى رئيس البعثة

في الأوقات المتفق عليها.

1. To prepare the yearly budget & action plan for the PHC program, and submit t to the CMO within deadlines.

2 . التأكد من سير عمل القسم الطبي ضمن الخطة وبما ينسجم مع مؤشرات الأداء المتفق

عليها مسبقاً.

1. Ensure the work process within the Medical Department in line with the Key performance Indicators, which were settled earlier.

3 . بناء علاقات تعاون وشراكات مع المنظمات العاملة في المجال الطبي بالتنسيق مع مدير

البرامج والشراكات.

1. Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with agencies and organizations interested medical domain in coordination with the Programs & Partnership Manager.

4 . وضع السياسات الخاصة بالعمل الطبي والإشراف على تنفيذها.

1. Develop and maintain the medical policies, and supervise the implantation.تطوير الخطط التشغيلية و السياسات الضرورية اللازمة لعمل القسم الطبي.
2. Develop operational plans and policies necessary to achieve health education objectives and services.

6 . التواصل مع المنظمات للبحث عن مشاريع طبية جديدة بالتعانون مع مدير البرامج

والشراكات والإشراف على كتابة طلبات المنح الخاصة بها.

1. In coordination with the Head of Program & Partnership Manager, searching for funding opportunities for the medical department, and to manage writing the grants proposals.
