Responsibilities:
· Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures.
· Serving as internal consultants by analyzing the association’s current HR programs and recommending solutions.
· Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
· Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures.
· Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow.
· Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
· Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
· Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs.
· Assessing existing HR standards, policies, and processes to inform the new strategy.
· Defining and implementing a performance management system to support CAPACITY building and organizational strategy.
Qualifications:
· HR CONSULTANTS MUST BE SURE OF THEMSELVES IF THEY ARE TO IMPART THEIR WISDOM AND KNOW-HOW TO OTHERS.
· ABILITY TO EXPLAIN IDEAS AND CONCEPTS IN A SIMPLIFIED MANNER: HR CONSULTANTS UNDERSTAND COMPLEX IDEAS IN HR, BUT THEY MUST BE ABLE TO SIMPLIFY AND EXPLAIN PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS IN TERMS EVERYONE CAN UNDERSTAND.
· WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION OR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND/OR ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN.
· PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING AND IMPLEMENTING AN HR STRATEGY.
· IDENTIFY THE RESULTING ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS, AND DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT APPROPRIATE HR APPROACHES AND SOLUTIONS.
· ABILITY TO DRIVE WORK FORWARD INDEPENDENTLY WHILST COLLABORATING WITH COLLEAGUES.
· EXCELLENT COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH AND ARABIC LANGUAGE (BOTH SPOKEN AND WRITTEN)
· FAMILIARITY WITH RELEVANT IT TOOLS INCLUDING MS OFFICE, CLOUD-BASED COLLABORATION, HR MANAGEMENT TOOLS.
