Duties and responsibility
New Partnership
Develop strategic relationships with donors in accordance with the organization’s main objectives.
Build strategic relationships with targeted donors.
Searching for new partnership opportunities by following up “call of proposal “, visits, presentations and emails.
Participating and following up for proposals and concept notes writing in coordination with program department.
Attending relevant cluster meeting in coordinate with program department.
Developing department database.
Partnership Management
Communication and negotiation with partners
Coordinate formal meeting between GAN and partners.
Checking agreements and MoU detailly and making sure that all articles is applicable.
Ensure from the documentation related to projects before it uploaded to partners.
Ensure that all narrative and financial reports is meeting deadlines.
Coordinate internal meeting among all department to follow up project workflow and Challenges.
Required Qualifications:
BA Degree at least
3 years’ Experience in humanitarian work
2 Years relevant work experience.
Advance Skills in English language.
Experience in humanitarian work and principles.
Turkish Citizen is preferred
