BINAA is looking for a Media Content Production Coordinator his / her responsibilities to implement and monitor the organization's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, and grow the brand's audience, and grow and increase community engagement.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**Key Activities/Tasks/Duties:**
• Prepare visual media products plan consistent with the visual identity of Binaa Organization for Development, its mission and goal, its projects, and the target audience of this media.
• Schedule the necessary media productions according to the media plan and the management requests.
• Develop, create, and manage content of media productions.
• Carry out media productions in collaboration with the technical team, whether employees or outsourcing contractors and supervise them technically and administratively and make sure the productions are ready for publishing.
• Conduct technical trainings to the media team as and when needed.
• Perform other related duties as requested by direct manager.
Note: the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones, another future responsibility /accountability may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.
Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):
A. Essential:
• Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree in arts A.A. or at least 5 years of equivalent technical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to travel between Syria and Turkey.

• Excellent storytelling and directorial capabilities to bring ideas to life.
• Must have strong experience with building and working with production teams, remotely and in person, including camerapersons and video editors.
• Deep knowledge of technological, media and cultural trends.
• have expertise in content creation and production processes, ideally within a subscription services business model.
• have an established network of world-class creative, production, photography, illustration, and freelance agency partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
• Must have strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage content deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
